Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Forms Pro for Google Forms accesses, uses, stores, and shares information, including data received through Google APIs.

1. Overview

Yikens Technology HK Limited ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Forms Pro for Google Forms mobile application (the "App"). This policy applies to people who install, access, or use the App.

The App helps users create, edit, and manage Google Forms, monitor form responses, and work with related Google Drive and Google Sheets files from a mobile device.

Forms Pro for Google Forms is an independent third-party application. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC.

2. Google user data

Authorization and data we access

The App accesses Google user data only after you give permission through Google OAuth. Depending on the feature you choose and the permissions you grant, the App may access:

  • Google Forms data to create forms, read or edit form structure, and read responses for forms you select or manage through the App.
  • Google Drive file data to find, open, and manage Forms and related files that you select, own, or create through the App.
  • Google Sheets data to create, read, and update spreadsheets associated with form responses when you enable a spreadsheet workflow.

How we use Google user data

Google user data is used only to complete actions you request, including creating or updating forms, displaying and synchronizing responses, working with selected files, and producing reports or automations that you initiate.

Storage and retention

  • We do not permanently retain Google Forms content, Google Drive file content, or Google Sheets content on our servers.
  • Google user data may be processed temporarily only when needed to complete a user-requested operation and is deleted when that processing is complete.
  • You can revoke the App's access at any time from your Google Account permissions. After revocation, the App can no longer retrieve your Google user data.

Sharing, advertising, and AI

  • We do not sell, rent, or transfer Google user data to advertising platforms, data brokers, or other third parties.
  • Google user data is not used for advertising, marketing, profiling, or training generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.
  • AI-assisted form drafting uses instructions that you directly choose to provide. Google user data is not used to train AI models.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

3. Other app data

To operate, secure, and improve the App, we may process device information, app version, operating system version, IP address, crash data, performance data, product interaction data, advertising identifiers, and subscription status. This information is separate from Google API user data.

Where required by law, tracking or personalized advertising technologies are used only after the required consent. Google API user data is never used for advertising or ad personalization.

4. Service providers and sharing

We may use service providers such as Apple for purchases and subscription services, Firebase for analytics and diagnostics, and advertising providers for ad delivery. These providers process only the non-Google information needed to perform their services under their own terms and privacy policies.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users and the App, to investigate fraud or security incidents, or as part of a corporate transaction where legally permitted. Google API user data remains subject to the restrictions described in Section 2.

5. Your choices and rights

  • You may revoke Google access from your Google Account permissions.
  • You may manage subscriptions through your App Store account settings.
  • You may use device settings to limit advertising tracking, analytics, notifications, and location access where applicable.
  • You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable law.

6. Security and international processing

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.

Information may be processed in countries other than your country of residence. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international data transfers.

7. Children's privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can take appropriate action.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our practices, services, or legal obligations change. We will publish the revised policy on this page and update the last modified date.
