1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and Yikens Technology HK Limited ("we," "us," or "our") concerning the Forms Pro for Google Forms mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, accessing, purchasing, or using the App, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the App. Users who are minors under the laws where they live must have permission and appropriate supervision from a parent or legal guardian.
2. The service
The App helps users create, edit, and manage Google Forms, review responses, and work with related Google Drive and Google Sheets files on mobile devices. Features may include AI-assisted drafting, templates, sharing, notifications, reporting, and customization.
We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. Some features require a compatible device, internet connection, Google Account, or paid purchase.
3. Google services and authorization
The App is an independent third-party application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC. Google Forms, Google Drive, and related marks are trademarks of Google LLC.
You choose whether to connect a Google Account. Google user data is accessed only after authorization through Google OAuth and is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for complying with Google's applicable terms when using Google services.
4. Purchases and subscriptions
Some features may require a paid subscription or in-app purchase. Available products, billing periods, trial terms, and prices are displayed in the App Store at the time of purchase and may vary by region.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your App Store account settings within the period required by Apple. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription. Billing, cancellation, and refund requests are handled under the applicable App Store rules.

5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the App or help another person do so. Prohibited conduct includes:
- using the App for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, or infringing activity;
- attempting to bypass security, access another user's data, or interfere with the App or its infrastructure;
- reverse engineering or redistributing the App except where applicable law expressly permits it;
- uploading malware or content that violates another person's rights; or
- using automated methods that place unreasonable load on the service.
6. Content and intellectual property
You retain ownership of content that you create or manage. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions needed for content you submit, share, or process through the App.
The App, software, design, branding, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App in accordance with these terms.
7. Third-party services and availability
The App depends on services provided by Apple, Google, and other providers. We do not control those services and are not responsible for interruptions, changes, data loss, or restrictions caused by a third-party service.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the App will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or third-party service.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Yikens Technology HK Limited and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from the App.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, comply with law, address security risks, or respond to a material violation of these terms.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective, including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law.
10. Changes, governing law, and disputes
We may update these terms when the App, our practices, or legal requirements change. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised date.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to applicable consumer protection law, disputes will be submitted to courts of competent jurisdiction in New York, New York.
